At Dabney & Co., we honor the legacy of Black mixologists whose creativity and innovation shaped the cocktail world—often without the recognition they deserved. Despite adversity, their contributions laid the foundation for much of what we celebrate today.

Our menu pays tribute to that legacy with expertly crafted cocktails and Southern Contemporary cuisine—a modern take on the comforting, soulful dishes of the American South. Together with our eclectic soundtrack of jazz, soul, and funk, we create a space that celebrates culture, craft, and community.
