This holiday season, Dabney & Co. transforms into a soulful winter wonderland for Let It Snow: A Soulful Holiday. For four Saturdays only, our cocktail lounge is reimagined with festive décor, shimmering lights, and the unmistakable warmth of holiday cheer.

The Soundtrack

The heartbeat of Let It Snow is the music. Each Saturday, we’ll fill the lounge with timeless Soul Christmas Classics that define the season. From Donny Hathaway’s This Christmas to Stevie Wonder’s holiday recordings, from the youthful sparkle of The Jackson 5 to Eartha Kitt’s sultry Santa Baby, and the soaring joy of Mariah Carey — the playlist is designed to stir nostalgia, inspire singalongs, and keep the holiday spirit alive deep into the night. It’s a soundtrack that bridges generations, inviting everyone to share in the joy of soul-stirring holiday music.

The Cocktails

Our bar team brings the season to life with festive cocktails crafted to surprise and delight. Returning favorites include the Peppermint Espresso Martini, a bold and refreshing holiday twist on the classic that blends rich espresso with cool peppermint for the perfect balance of energy and indulgence. Another guest favorite making its return is the Milk and Cookies Cocktail, a whimsical creation that pairs creamy sweetness with just the right touch of nostalgia — because no holiday celebration is complete without cookies and milk. These highlights are joined by a rotating lineup of new holiday cocktails and winter riffs on Dabney signatures, each designed to warm your spirit and spark conversation. To complete the experience, our Southern Contemporary small plates are available for sharing, ensuring every sip can be paired with festive, soulful flavors.

The season concludes on Saturday, December 20th, when we invite everyone to join us for the grand finale — one last chance to experience the soulful holiday magic before the year comes to a close. Once the snow melts, Let It Snow will not return until the 2026 holiday season.
